Weight loss tips I tried 

The past few days I have been obsessing about weight loss, so, as always I did a little research ( by that I mean hours​ of intensive googling). Here is what I found out is most effective:

1. Lemon water 

Apparently lemon is good for everything, weight loss included. Get in the habit of taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

2. Apple cider vinegar 

This is the one thing with so many testimonials on YouTube. Everyone claims it’s the miracle worker, so, I obviously tried. I must say it suppresses appetite by a great amount. You should take it thirty minutes before meals . It must be diluted. I usually take 6 ounces of water and put two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

3. Garcinia Cambodia

This dietery suppliment is a great, great product that I decided to try out. Like apple cider vinegar it suppresses your appetite and aids in weight loss by speeding metabolism. It’s also great on your digestive system

  2. Thanks so much for this.. I have started using Garcinia and I. Using it diligently.. I have no liking for ACV but I will work on it… Lemon water I have stacked on it too.. But diligently I will. Follow your advice.. I workout at least 5 days a week but I must admit my eating habits fail me.. But I will work on it.. Thanks for this..
