You should take it thirty minutes before meals . It must be diluted. I usually take 6 ounces of water and put two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
3. Garcinia Cambodia
This dietery suppliment is a great, great product that I decided to try out. Like apple cider vinegar it suppresses your appetite and aids in weight loss by speeding metabolism. It’s also great on your digestive system
