DIY hair masks from your kitchen

Everyone wants the best for their hair, something safe, something organic, something that you don’t have to break the bank to get. I will teach you how to create some of those glorified products right from your kitchen.

1. Honey and banana for dry hair

  • Banana
  • Lavender oil
  •  Honey
  •  Olive oil

Mix everything and apply on your hair for 15- 20 minutes. Do this once a week

2. Strawberry and vinegar for oily hair

  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Jojoba oil
  • Strawberries

Crush the strawberries and mix everything together and apply for 10-15 minutes once a week.

3. Egg and honey for damaged hair

  • Egg yolk
  • Coconut oil
  • Honey

Blend all ingredients together and apply to damp hair for 30 minutes.

4. Coconut and lemon for dandruff hair

  • Melted coconut oil
  • Lemon juice

Blend together and apply to hair while concentrating on the scalp. Leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing. Do this once a week.

5.  Yoghurt and olive oil for split ends

  • Yoghurt
  • Olive oil

Mix both and apply to your hair . Apply more at the ends and let it soak in for 30 minutes twice a week .

6. Egg and honey for hair growth

  • Castor oil
  • Egg yolk
  • Honey

Blend all together and apply the paste on your hair especially the scalp. Leave it on for 15- 20 minutes then rinse off. Do this twice a week.

  2. I tried the eggs and honey hair mask before but I must have done something wrong because I ended up with scrambled eggs in my hair, LOL. I really want to try the honey and banana recipe since I have everything except the Lavender oil.
