66 days to make gratitude into a habit

They say it takes 66 days on average to form a habit. I say let’s all get in the spirit of gratitude. I will list down things that you can scribble down your diary to get you in the habit. So take your notebook and get writing for the next two weeks. We shall continue til we make the sixty six day mark. 

Day one – What food are you grateful for?

Day two – Which movie/show are you grateful for?

Day three –  Which family member are you most grateful for?

Day four – Which music are you most grateful for? 

Day five –  What body part are you most grateful for?

Day six – Which sports are you most grateful for?

Day seven –  Which childhood games are you grateful for? 

Day eight –  Which fragrance  are you most grateful for?

Day nine – What holiday are you most grateful for?

Day ten –  Which skill that you have are you most grateful for? 

Day eleven –  Which conversation are you most grateful for? 

Day twelve – Which difficult situation are you most grateful for?

Day thirteen – What are you most grateful for that money cannot buy?

Day forteen –  Which day are you most grateful for in this past two weeks?
